![]() Hello, everyone.
I wouldn't say I suffer from extreme premature-ejaculation (the proverbial 5 seconds), but I never felt I was able to build up the excitement and the pleasure before having a satisfying final release (I'm male) I was still able to hold on for a little but always felt like not being able to enjoy the middle part of any sexual activity as much as I'd like (basically I'd only be able to enjoy the very beginning and the orgasm, which more often than not was pretty underwhelming as it had no proper build up). Basically for me the sexual/autoerotism experience has always been pretty much exclusively about the very beginning and the orgasm itslef, not being able to experiment the whole middle phase of pleasure and build up as when I start to enjoy myself there is the looming presence of the orgasm putting an end to it all soon. Anyway here's where things get interesting! About a year ago I had an operation with a subsequent long reabilitation therapy; the pain came (and still does) only in a few days per month, but when it did/does it's very intense and I have been prescribed some mild painkillers to take occasionally (no super strong stuff like oxy) when the pain is too much for me to work. Anyway during this long therapy I discovered an unexpected and very useful side effect of the medicine. As a synthetic opioid it has the side effect of delaying the orgasm, while not compromising (at least in my case) the libido and erection itself. So by pure accident I was able to enjoy, for the first time, the mid part of what the sexual experience might feel like,as I was able to enjoy the middle part of it all and build up a satisfying orgasm. I'd like to specify that the pleasure itself wasn't a fake effect of the drug as it doesn't bring any euphoria at therapeautic amounts; the pleasure itself was only by being able to enjoy myself in the middle part and being able to not worry about coming (pardon my french) and build up a satisfying release. For the first time I felt genuinely satisfied. Now I'm a careful person, so I'm well aware that relying on painkillers (even at low doses) for pleasuring myself isn't a smart and sustainable strategy, and soon enought he therapy will be over and I won't get any more painkillers, but I was wondering if you had some strategies to suggest to try achieving the same effect in my normal life without having to rely on such drugs. Please consider that the situation was pretty much the same when I was a teen, and I consumed very little porn back then. I tried jerking off a few times before the actual one I was planning, with fairly underwhelming results. (like 2 times...should I perhaps do it 3,4 times?) I tried alcohol and while it makes me hornier, it doesn't help much with increasing the duration. I'm just here to see if any of you has some useful tips. As some of you might know despite thankfully not being a virgin, I haven't had any romantic/sexual contact in 11 years, but I have a glimmer of hope (maybe 0.1%) for the future and I'd like to be ready for when the time might come. I always appreciated this community for the helpfulness and friendliness, so even if you have no advice to share, I still thank you very much <3 I will keep providing you high quality GIFs of models with names and all as a thank you, for a long time ![]()
