Sierra (sometimes known as Sierra Lewis, or Sierra Devi) has retired from making porn movies (although she did come out of retirement a little over a year ago to make Black Mammas 3, she says that was her final porn movie). But, she still runs a website of her own where she does pin-up photos and short nudie clips she films of herself. I believe she still does escorting in the Chicago area as well.

I remember that several years ago, she made a post of the forums of her old website saying that she was retiring because the industry was not evolving the way she had predicted it would in the 90's: at the time it seemed as though (to her) that porn stars where actually getting a bit of respect and treated as sort-of celebrities. But, with the advent of the internet, 'classy' porn went the way of the dodo and the adult industry started to revolve around who could 'out nasty' who, and it was becoming more and more degrading to the women involved.

Unfortunately that original website and it's forum are long gone, so I can't link to the post.

Bluntly don't divulge any more. I think for her fans to know that she's done with the business and doing well with herself should be solace enough. Why drag her back into the business that she chose to step away from? No need to do that to them or ruin your friendship with these people. Respect goes a long way.
