This sucks big time. Carmella was one of the hottest girls out there and now she'll never film a new scene. I hope those that tested positive are able to get the treatment they need and at least have some productive years doing something else. I suppose this is the risk though with unprotected sex with multiple partners and with the surge in anal and all kinds of other outlandish acts in porn today.
