This industry makes billions of dollars, why aren't the performers tested more frequently? The PCR test runs $200 US (but I'm sure that if the industry pitched in and bought in bulk, it would be less) and results can be had between 2-5 business days. BFD if it costs the production $2k to test everyone before they shoot. Once a month isn't enough IMHO.

As for the escort comment brought up earlier. From what I understand and have read (having never visited a porn star escort myself) that unless the John has a current STD screen, BBFS is off the table.
