I’ve been in the adult industry since August of 1996 — That means this August I will have been in the adult industry for 21 years. There are only two times I can recall hearing that a girl under 18 has been involved in our industry, during those last 21 years – both are stories from Florida.

The first is a young girl who was only 17 at the time she hooked up with her agent. They took her photos and post-dated the shoot until she turned 18. According to the rumor mill, the identity of the young girl was never revealed but when she turned 18 she did go on to do some scenes and hell, for all I know, may still very well be in porn to this day.

The other under 18 story was a far more famous case and it involved a little 15 year old girl who had ran away from home. Despite the fact that she was under-age, she ended up filming her first porn scene – it was for Reality Kings and was called Cum Fiesta.

This all went down in 2010 but now years later, now that the 15 year old child is a legal adult, more information coming to light. The 15 year old little girl was known by the name of “Bieyanka Moore”. She was repped by agent John O’Byrne who now runs East Coast Talent.

At the time I am told he was actually working with Riley Reynolds who now owns Hussie Models, who you might recall from my previous article, was the one who was running the Cam Soda house when the pedophile Marsha May was working in the Cam Soda house.

Because I don’t want to reveal the name of the victim, the 15 year old child in question, we will only refer to her as Bieyanka Moore. John O’Bryne brought Bieyanka Moore to Reality Kings saying her date of birth was November 19, 1990, which at that time would have made her 19 years of age. Bieyanka Moore was actually born on January 25, 1995. I have seen pictures of Bieyanka Moore today (taken in 2017) from her Facebook page and she doesn’t look 19, so how the fuck they could have thought a then 15 year old version of the girl looked 19 is beyond me.

It turns out the ID she was using, belonged to a stripper by the name of Tyler Chanel Evans who claimed Bieyanka Moore stole it from her. It was a actually a Nevada learner’s permit. The stripper also claims she wrote down her social security number. The ID she stole was expired, so she was able (according to court filings) to use that expired ID to go to the DMV in Nevada and obtain an updated version with her own photo. Shockingly they allowed this despite the fact that the only id Bieyanka Moore had on her was the expired ID with a picture of a girl that wasn’t even her. I’m not sure how similar they looked, but damn. I hope Nevada seriously has improved their policies since this incident took place.

When John O’Bryne brought Bieyanka Moore to the Reality Kings set, they said no thanks. She looks to young and with only one form of ID, it’s not worth the risk. Prior to this incident Reality Kings had a policy of two IDs required for anyone who was under 21. Now I’m told that anyone under 25 has to have three forms of government issued ID to film for them. I agree with their “it’s better to be safe than sorry” policy and give them huge kudos for taking the initiative.

According to the court filings and other news reports, since Reality Kings wouldn’t shoot her without a second form of ID, John O’Bryne then took Bieyanka Moore to the local Social Security Office to apply for a replacement card. They filled out the required paperwork, paid the fees and were granted a receipt saying the replacement card was in the mail. It was that document that Reality Kings accepted as a second form of ID. In all fairness to them, that is in fact a government issued document and in terms of 2257 completely acceptable. They complied with the legal requirements.

But that aside, the law doesn’t care if a person lied about their age. Remember this is what got Girls Gone Wild in trouble too. Just because a person says they are 18, shows up with two forms of government issue ID that proves their age and identity, that doesn’t matter.

Florida criminal law decrees that “a minor’s misrepresentation of his or her age… may not be raised as a defense” in prosecution. Criminal child porn and rape charges aside, the victim’s mother sued Reality Kings in civil court. I am told they ended up settling out of court for an undisclosed amount. Even to this day Bieyanka Moore won’t say how much her mother got in the settlement agreement with Reality Kings.

The Miami New Times would later reveal the male performer in the video with the then underage child, was Chris Commando, better known as just Commando, who the newspaper claimed dabbles in both gay and straight porn. IAFD shows that in gay porn he goes by the name of Justo.

Now let me tell you a really fucked up part of this story. Despite the fact that Reality Kings got in all that trouble filming a 15 year old having sex, did you know that ******* – owned by MindGeek, who also now owns Reality Kings is showing the movie on their website?!!

Now let’s go back to Bieyanka Moore’s agent at the time, John O’Bryne of East Coast Talent. Now that Bieyanka is an adult, she has spoken out. Crazy people like Monica Foster like to throw around words like pedophile or sex trafficking, which as a result desensitize all of us to the crime. So just to be clear, what exactly is sex trafficking, in accordance with the law?

Sex trafficking occurs when someone uses fraud or coercion to cause someone to commit a commercial sex act – which is any sex act in exchange for any item of value including money, drugs, shelter, food or clothes.
Now that Bieyanka Moore is an adult she has started to tell her story. I want you to listen to her story and then re-read that definition of sex trafficking. It will make your stomach turn.

It is unclear why John O’bryne wasn’t prosecuted for sex trafficking, but it is likely because they were trying to fry a bigger fish – Reality Kings, which in my opinion, didn’t really do anything wrong. They trusted the agent who represented the under age child. They requested not only one, but two forms of government issued ID, which the agent (John O’Bryne) provided them.

So why didn’t the FBI nail John O’Bryne for his role in this whole fiasco?

Bieyanka Moore told authorities at the time nobody knew the truth about her age but her. But now that she’s older re-read what she said about John O’Bryne.

There is enough money to be made in the adult industry the legit way. We don’t need to bring in under age girls or pedophiles. I do not understand what the fuck is wrong with people who do shit like this. I truly, with all of my heart can’t understand why people do shady shit like this. It only brings a bad light on the rest of us.

By the way, Bieyanka Moore is an adult now, still living in Florida near her family. She lives a life of faith, is a foodie and is even now a mother herself.
She’s never returned to porn and never looked back at what she calls a “mistake” from all those years ago.

I’m not going to claim Bieyanka Moore is perfect, not even close. But she seems to be doing the best she can do, and that’s all anyone can ask for.
She was a child back then and made some bad decisions. The question is, is she the only one to blame?

That's the thing that still sticks out at me years later. Between the seemingly daily news of a teacher caught fucking a student and the countless number of underage stings that go on, makes you wonder just how prevalent the pedo problem the world has.

I find it odd that the girl ran away from a bad home but the mom sue's re@lity Kings for a payday. She had 2 forms of ID on her so the company should not be sued for filming an underage girl.

Actually it ought be the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles that is sued for issuing this girl with her ID: it was they who in so doing were guarantors of her proof of age.
She didn't show a fake ID that RK failed to spot: she showed them a genuine one that was obtained by deception. The people who failed in their duty to carry out the appropriate checks were agents of the State of Nevada...
