What is Abella saying, and what does it mean? She says a lot of "Ay Papi", but she also says something like "Oi cosico" around the 3:05 mark.

I can't find anything close to that phrase in any "Spanish sex talk" lists.

I haven't seen the clip, but based on your phonetic interpretation there are two possibilites:

1- "Ay cosita"
The literal translation is "Oh, little thing"
The vernacular translation would be "Oh sweet thing" It is mostly used by guys while trying to get a beautiful woman's attention. Basically a cat call "Ay cosita, donde vas? te acompaño?" "Hey sweet thing where you going? can I come with you?

2- "Ay que rico!"
The literal translation is "Oh! That is rich!"
The vernacular translation is "Oh, That's so good!" or "Oh, It's delicious!"
It's a way of saying that you really like or enjoy something. So she would probably say "Ay que rico papi!" when she's getting it good and proper

It's probably most likely she said "Ay que rico!" in the clip, unless it's a scene with a woman, of which I don't think Abella did many if any, but I might be wrong about that.
