Here's the thing...Paris is being who she was raised to be. Heiresses know the world will be laid out for them & taking her age into account, she's acting just the way I would expect.

Will she find true love? One day. But she's too young to settle down & do the right thing. She's still a teenager mentally & will continue to be so until something happens that brings her into the reality light.
