User Pay Per Download Provider?

I've wondered, is there some sort of a place sort of like 2leech, but instead buying access to 1mbps for a whole month on all their accounts, you get say 100 files no larger than 1gb or 30gb of any size or something, that can be used at your leisure on any host they provide? I would love this.

I did actually find a couple that do more or less what I want, but the rates are so sucky that a regular multihoster is cheaper. The best I can find is filedownloader.net which gives you 75gb of multihosting downloads for $10. Downside? You have to use 2.5gb per day, every day and not one bit more. And if you fail to DL that much in a month, it's expired. It's not so much buying credits as just a way to box you into a more limited typical multihoster account.

Plus, I suppose 2leech and Linksnappy are better than they once were. They used to be missing all of the best hosts. But now that everything left is crap, I suppose they're pretty okay.

I also came across zevera which is the only multi-hoster I've seen with Oron. Same as 2leech at $13 a month. But I have almost zero feedback on them. I hate to join somewhere, where my point of support is three guys on a random forum saying they're "pretty good, considering". And none of them mentioned how Oron works with them.

I'll probably end up doing rpnet.biz. They're the cheapest at $9 a month, though they lack rapidgator and Oron. But I know someone who has an account with them and he says DL speeds are no worse than 3mbps and can get up over 8 at right times of day. And it seems to have little to no downtime. So, my quest ends here
