In terms of Miz: I think he's doing well for himself even though he's kind of been an afterthought in the Mania build ... he's been the one standing tall at the end of more than 1 Raw now, and he even shat on Rocky by doing the People's Elbow. For a guy that curtain jerked last year's Mania show as a tag champ to be rubbing elbows with Rocky & Cena is helping him out, I think.

And I can't figure out why they're not using the fact that HHH lost to Taker once @ Mania already more - it's a perfect build to the feud. "I tried it a decade ago, when I was stronger but less cerebral. Now I'm strong AND smart, and I know I can end the streak." would do more for me than "Shawn lost twice, so I want to try."

So what did people think of the Cole Mine? I thought it was pretty funny, as it portrays how much of a coward he is. Even though I hate Cole and find him annoying, he's doing a great job to build up heat.

Agreed on pretty much everything that's been said lately:

Brian Christopher looked awful (the fact that he was winded from doing his dance didn't help, neither did the fact that Jerry's had so much plastic surgery so he looked so much younger/better) ... but I like the feud so far, the pop when Lawler finally destroys Cole at Mania is going to be HUGE.

I think that Cena's going to win, but just because of how much they've put Miz over in the build-up. Make one look good in the build, and then the other goes over. (and, yeah, Karen Angle is nice to look at, ha!)

And, yeah, the Cole Mine was funny - but the fact that he left the pod so many times (and that it had no roof) made it a little less funny to me. I hope he stays as a heel manager post-Mania instead of going back to the booth. He could be a heat magnet leading a stable of young guys that need the 'rub': Swagger, Dibiase, etc.
