I am not sure Sophie has officially retired, but as one of her fans I wish she would.

In her latest scenes she looks like an aged lady, not cool at all. Quiet a downfall when you consider how fresh and spirited she looked when she made her debut. All that chainsmoking has accelerated her ageing, she should retire rather than make a mockery of herself.

Considering she does these generic lesbian and solo scenes anyway, it would not be a great loss, either. If she was still doing hardcore I might have different feelings, heh.

I read over at the VEF that Sophie retired sometime last year...I wish she would still make photo sets though, because she is an absolutely stunning Woman with great face, figure and she has nice feet!

Makes me think what she has retired to. She's been a model and porn star for over 10 years. As far as I know she isn't qualified to do anything else.

I agree, she has aged considerably in the last couple of years. More noticeable has been her weight loss from a sexy shaped cutie to skin and bones.

On the one hand, Sophie Moone does look a bit older than her age (according to the interwabbit, she's only 30). Otoh, she was very pretty in the first place, and unlike many of her colleagues she never went for all the plastic surgery. So all things considered, a few wrinkles is better than fake tits and duck lips.

I read somewhere that Sophie Moone smoked like a fiend and that really aged her beyond her years. I can see that but if that's true- that's a shame.

Yep, just noticed how old this thread is but I can also conform that Sophie retired around the end 2011, just after she turned brunette for her last few shoots.

She was and will always remain one of my favourites, and I was hooked after seeing her as a fresh-faced eighteen year old who did a fair bit of hardcore. Yes, she turned to the generic lezzer stuff but I loved that too, to the point where I managed to cobble together just over 1200 photosets and quite a few hundred videos. Perhaps my favourite scenes are the now very old (and looking at things today) very low-res anal scenes.

I agree with previous posters that she picked the right time to duck out of the porn biz though - one could really notice the acceleration of the craggy skin, wrinkles and crows feet as a result of her chain smoking. (In almost every BTS scene she had a cigarette...)

As for what she is doing now, by all accounts she was more than just a porn princess. She did quite a bit of escorting for a while (I'm not sure if this is still the case) and was allegedly pretty smart with her earnings as unlike many other young women with so much money she didn't splash it all out on fast cars and parties. I remember reading something about her getting involved in the fashion industry.
