I'm not excited for Mania whatsoever. These empty arena matches are better than nothing, I guess, but mostly just serve to remind me that this pandemic is going on. I'd rather they just push Mania until later in the year when this is over with. For now, I'd prefer they show the really good, classic Mania's on TV (like 10 or 17) instead of the more recent ones like 30. Or maybe show one a week starting from the first one, by the time they get through them all this quarantine should be over.

So I watched the benoit doc and it got me thinking about CTE...See I saw a doc on the same channel about two years ago about cte w/ the guy who played LT for the Baltimore Ravens and was cut then retired because they wouldnt let him smoke pot for the pain.he talked to former players and experts on tramatic brain injuries about said subject matter. I found it facinating/one guy played DL for Cleveland and during a game got run down by MJD AND I MEAN RAN THE FUCK OVER! It broke the guys helmet and ended his career. Hes got CTE now his wife said he will be cooking eggs or something & its like his brain shuts off for couple minutes. He just "goes away" and the snaps back into reality as if nothing had happened. He stated himself that he had thoughts of suicide and that sometimes he wanted to kill his whole family. This is how CTE affects the brain, and combined w/ the roids chris was on becomes a perfect storm for tragedy, like throwing gas on a fire...the expert said these things could be avoided if weed was legal because they could study it legitimately and would create a pill that all combat sports/athletes would take prior to a match.game that envelops the brain protecting it from CTE. Doesnt get you high just protects your brain.
He said when playing football the helmet protects the skull, but nothing currently protects the brain |

Mania could do some cinematic fights, this is producer Dunn's chance to finally be recognized for a slammy, I mean an emmy or whatever lol, like he apparently wants. Heck shoot an entire Mania on a pirate ship with full cosplay, anything creative instead of accepting this boring no crowd shit, we need something that actually is spectacular. It was a novelty at first but now with the terrible reality sinking further it's become fucking horrendous the thought of watching WrestleFuckingMania with no crowd. It has to by default be the worst Mania because of that, no need to even see it.

mania
yeah, no Roman Reigns and several other wrestlers were sent home from the tapping.
But I still want to watch it. Glad they taped it already. Now the wrestlers can take some time off. (a couple of weeks anyways) Really. I wanna watch it because what the hell else do I have to watch Next Sat and Sun night. Rather have it then nothing or repeats of old shows. |

No crowd though, can you make it through three hours each night with shite wwe commentary being the only reaction and it doesn't matter who is doing it, doesn't change anything. It'll be horrible.
Good for Roman, he has my respect for that. But I was under the assumption his match was taped already. It'll probably be the winner of Cena and Bray he faces. So know what that means, Cena beats Bray again, since Vince clearly didn't want Bray in that match to begin with. |

So who do you guys think will be Goldberg's new opponent. And I'm pretty sure he was gonna drop the belt to Reigns, so what will they do now? Let him hang onto it for a little while longer?
