A quick way to be promoted would be to show us that you understand the rules and can follow them-- this doesn't have to be a long process. Is this the reason why there are lots of cr@p topics in the General Discussion area? This way to promote forum members is fundamentally flawed and I don't give a sh!t about promotion.
