Hello,

I would like to know if there are free programs to save live webcams videos(like the webcams on sites). I tried a few ones, they don't work (StreamTransport for example).

I use "Replay Video Capture" Version 6.0.6
It works fine for me....

Answer - The best program is Replay Media catcher 4...period! And it's not a freeware.

I use V4.3.2.0 it's available on any warez site. I tried v4.4.3.0 but I had stability problems.

I didn't can wait, I tried other programs, then I decided to buy Applian Video Replay Capture 6.0.6", so I am not limited, I can save 4 hours, and the quality is great

If you have firefox, you can add modules, such as:

"download flash & video"
http://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefo...ash-and-video/

and

Ant video downloader
http://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefo...loader-player/

I use both, sometimes one work sometimes when it doesn't the other one works.
Those plugins let you capture every video/audio stream coming at your computer.

i do this alot and i think hypercam v2 is by far the best.

This is legit huh? I'll try it out. I need some Spicy J joints...never used a webcam catcher though.

hypercam 2 is the best by far i still think

I use Replay Media Catcher as well. Works well for most streams.

With that said, streams, just like other forms of media, can be copy protected and thus blocked from capture.
