Does Original Size of Video Matter?
As It has happened with me multiple times now, so I thought to ask:
When I am about to post a video which is just released by the xxx site, someone will post it with much lesser size. For example if the original size of the video in 1080p resolution is 2gb, the person who made the post had posted with a size of 1gb.. Same goes for 4k videos. Is it allowed to alter bitrate leading to size of the video? Does original size and bitrate matters taking into consideration that video is newly released and no other version is released before Thank you
