Is George-models legal?

I see that the forum has several sets from George-models. However, unlike teenmarvel and marvelcharm which has a legal disclaimer, I don't see anything on george-models site. This begs the question, is George-models legal? It has several revealing photos of the model "Anna Vlasova" who is known as "Alissa" on teenmarvel and marvelcharm, and she looks really young.

I can't comment for the others, but Anna Vlasova was (according to the databases, at least) born in Russia on 22nd December 1992, although Wicipedia claims an unconfirmed date of 1999 http://cy.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anna_Vlasova

Svetlana Pavlova was born 10th May 1995

George Models is owned, or operated, by Tatiana Georgieva who used to model about a decade ago
