How would you make a porn?

Creeping on a lot of posts and one thing has come to my attention...


Todays porn is kinda vanilla and copy paste. Shitty flirting, boring same sex positions, the environment is bland at best..forget the acting. seems like even rough sex and tabboo sex is mainstream and boring (step bro shit). I know its porn but they could change things. seems like porn really peaked within the last decade.
How would you change porn? what would you introduce or get rid of?

If we're talking just western style porn, then I would say to do it like how japan has it for some of their more niche/ creative themes, ie but not limited to, new reporter getting fucked while reporting, time stop, the works. My issue with JAV is the male counterpart doesn't ever, if rarely compliments the female lead.

In most cases, the male is of a closer build to the audience they're appealing to which is fine, but I am a firm believer that the male lead also needs to at least look presentable. I don't care if he's better looking or better built than me; in most cases you wont be seeing him for like 80-90% of the scene expect for his dick anyways, but for the scenes that he does show his face, ie eating her out, i would rather see some one well kept do it than the latter. JAV is like not too far off from "ugly bastard" tags. I mean who wants to watch a wrinkly old guy (or what I would like to tag as "corrupt official esque" ? There was a theme like that in western porn and I've stayed clear away from it.

Essentially, there are many great themes and ideas in JAV that can definitely elevate western style porn. Sorry for the seqway about my peeve on JAV


Also, I'm not too bothered by the way western porn is right now, I never really watch the "movies", just the scenes, so the talk/roleplay then to sex or even straight up gonzo after like 2 mins is fine with me if not preferred

Personally for me, I hate the porn shot in lavish mansions. Not relatable.. for example, to me...the hottest Lisa Ann scene I ever watched was with black guy, Jamaica...in a cheap motel room.

I'd probably just make something that looks like it was from the the 90's or 00's with amateur couples. Considering the acting has never been amazing in porn, I assume it wouldn't be too difficult to have two people who are actually into each other improv it for the camera.

It absolutely baffling how virtually all JAV is basically this. I've been playing video games for about 3 1/2 decades and even the Japanese game devs in their heyday didn't look too bad. It's fair to say that based on the media I've seen from Japan, guys from there who aren't unattractive do exist.

Similarly, I knew some Japanese exchange students in college and one of my lady friends thought they were hot. I sometimes wonder why this whole aesthetic basically disappeared. Like sure. There has always been porn done in fancy places. But it looks like almost ALL of it is that way now.

I do wonder who likes that? I mean we take what we're given but do peoples sexual fantasies include fetishes like, uh... being rich? I could see that to a degree. But realistically, most people fuck in typical homes and apartments. Maybe nicer places on vacations. But even then a lot of people usually find themselves in a snazzier hotel or even something basic like you mentioned.
