Very much doubt she made millions from porn. As far as I know she never had her own production company and there isn't enough money in the performing side alone for her to have raked in that kind of dough in a handful of years in the industry.

I guess the implication is that she felt like she couldn't say no? The idea being that her self-esteem had been chipped away at so much at that point that she would have agreed to do whatever.
