Looking for a new gif editor/creator
Does anyone know any good free gif editors/creators? The one I used to use doesn't allow adult content anymore so I am looking for a new one.

Photoscape has also an option to create animated gifs, but it only has minimal options for special effects.

Not so much an editor but a video capture program to make gifs is GifCam.
