Anyone has a Cisco service contract?
I am in desperate need of one file from their downloads section:
cue-vm-en_US-langpack.sme.8.6.11.prt1 Its a US language pack for Unity Express installation I am trying to complete. Our service contract won't begin for another couple of weeks since we got our item through the Cisco Donation program which comes with 5 years of Smart Net service, but it isn't activated yet. If anyone can help me please message me. Please note this is not warez

Have you tried contacting Cisco and explaining the situation? They are typically very helpful.
