Jenna Jameson is reportedly in talks to land a part in a Broadway musical.
The former porn actress believes she is “perfect” to play strip club owner Justice in US stage show Rock of Ages, and admits if she landed the part it would fulfil one of her childhood dreams.
“Broadway has always been a dream of mine ever since I was a little girl. I'm meeting with the producers, and I just hope I have enough talent to carry the role. We are talking about a run that would be anything from a month to three months, and it could start very soon," she told the New York Post.

“I am in talks with the Rock of Ages producers, and I'm praying I get the role."
Jameson – who was born in Las Vegas, and whose mother was a showgirl – added: “I think I'm perfect for the role, and I am really looking forward to becoming a New Yorker."
Show insiders say the musical’s producers were surprised by Jameson's ability to both act and sing when she auditioned, and that she is the right sort of character to help the acclaimed show “push the boundaries”.
"The producers were surprised, but Jenna has a good voice. And while she's famous for her X-rated movies, she can act," an unnamed source was quoted as saying.

"This may be a shock to traditional Broadway fans, but the show is always trying to push the boundaries."

The musical features a host of rock tracks from bands including Whitesnake, Styx and Bon Jovi. 

Jameson's character’s crowning moment is a show stopping rendition of Journey’s Any Way You Want It.

The part will have few lines and no songs and is all about the freak show to sell tickets.

To her credit at least Traci Lords did not play an endless succession of skanks just to realise her ambition.
