The kinky fetishes subforum is not unknown to me. Practically all the time I spent looking for porn I spent there.
Since a couple of months there is a topic specially dedicated for skinny girls and anorexic porn (link = NSFW).

It has made me think practically every time I saw it. In the first post there is even a small text defending the right to post anorexic porn.
Let me start by saying this: I love many fetishes any 'normal' person would find strange or even abnormal. But this is inhumane, it is abusing people with a serious mental illness.
An illness that destroys families and lives. With a death rate of 5 to 10 %.
Many people that have it never fully recover from it.

I have nothing against skinny people, but true 'pornstars' with anorexia should not be on here. Visitors of PlanetSuzy, if you agree please support this topic. Maybe then we can convince the admins to put this on the banned list next to child porn, scat and the others.

I am somewhat sceptial as well. While anorexia is not a crime like pedophilia, I count it among the more disturbing sorts of fetish porn... it's like jerking off of porn with people who are visibly suffering from a destructive addiction (drugs, alcohol, nicotine, whatever).

Kinda strange but i wouldnt put it on the list of banned porn. So long as its consensual adults i dont see the problem. If people get to jerk it to BBW they should be allowed to jerk it to skinny chicks too.

BBW shares somewhat of a similarity yes. The problem with BBW is that you can not know for sure wether a person is suffering from bulimia nervosa or just has developed a wrong eating patern.
This is not the case with anorexia, at least in the developed world underweight people are practically always the case of a mental or physical illness, not the lack of food as in for example parts of Africa.

If a guy was fucking a girl with a stabwound or with a visible STD like syphilis, you'd be freaked out...

BDSM has always been around Safe, Sane and Consensual. Even if you count a mentally distressed person as fit to judge what they are doing, thus making it in a really twisted way 'Consensual', the Safe and Sane part are still missing.
Now I know this is not BDSM, but this is about a little bit of ethics and I guess they apply in any porn...

Fat people have mental problems though.

Where do you draw the line? The labelling of anorexia on posts, at a certain BMI, boob size, how many ribs you can see?

Most chicks in porn have some sort of mental issues (imma assume daddy ones) nearly all have some sort of body issues (like 99% of women). If a girl is skinny/anorexic it doesnt mean she doesnt want to be fucked, hell some man protein may do her good.

Seriously though if its 2 consenting adults, whats the problem with it apart from you dont like it?

You seem to totally set aside the fact that anorexia nervosa is a mental illness with a big background in (self-serving or false) cognitive bias.
I quote from the English Wikipedia:

The line should be drawn if one of the mods or admin judges material to be inappropriate. Which is not an impossible method. How do the mods judge amateur porn wether or not it is +18 or below 18? The very same way.

Are you serious? So every time an anorexic person has sex it is non-consensual by your definition. Just because someone has a particular mental disorder does not mean they can not form rational ideas.

And where do you draw the line at "too thin"? Do you have papers that prove a particular model is diagnosed with anorexia? I'd be willing to bet that MANY of the mainstream models and porn stars have some form of this disorder.

I like slim/skinny girls, but I do not enjoy seeing girls that obviously have a problem like this. They need help, but they don't need you telling them what they can and can not do to make a living as long as it is not illegal.

Edit - scat and the muscular women are "banned" because of DMCA takedown notices. Totally different situation.
