So why is he so hated in the industry because many girls who used to be at LA Direct Model don't like him. BE careful about throwing around the word Racist so much!!

Just because a person does not do IR does not make them a racist, it could be no different than someone not wanting to have sex with a fat person or skinny person, Sex is a personal preference and does not always mean the worst if they decide not to do a certain scene.

If somebody decided not to do Anal scenes does not make them an asshole hater.

In this case, it seems rather justified to me. If they aren't attracted to people of another race, that's fine, but it should be their personal choice. What does it affect him if one of his girls does an interracial scene? What motive would there be to say they can't do that? It isn't his attraction that is in play here, it's the girls. So in this case, it's very fishy indeed.

Derek Hay did allegedly have a reputation for telling girls on his books not to do interracial for a very long time. Time was that there even girls that did IR but once signed to his agency took it off their profile but looking at his books now that seems to have changed a tiny bit.
