Most of my favourite porn stars retired years ago, so I make it my business to track down their rare scenes: it involves a lot of detective work and its a fun hobby.

However, every now and then I come across pornstars that I hadn't known about and start collecting their scenes. One of them is Britney Young, who only started out in porn last year:

well this is the girls that i follow and their current status in porn:

Shyla Stylez - retired. she was tried back few times in last 2 years but always ended with nothing. not sure what is wrong with her.

Krissy Lynn - she is in the biz since 2007 and not shooting that much anymore plus in last 2 months she was on vacations then had health issues so there is nothing new with her for now.

Kageny Linn Karter - retired

Ariella Ferrera - im fan of her only g/g work but she didnt shot any new g/g in months

Lisa Ann - almost not shooting these days, it looks like now she will be only performing in movies directed by her for Jules Jordan

Franceska Jaimes - usually shooting just few scenes per year

Sandra Romain - not sure about her status. she was shooting for Bra$$ers at june but nothing new after that but read somewhere that she building new house that cost around 400 000 euro so i guess she may back lol

Beretta James - shooting only few scenes per year and only for Kink

Princess Donna - the same like Beretta.

Alexis Ford - not sure if she shot something new after that gangbang. maybe took a break

Anikka Albrite - how long i need to wait when she finally do anal?

so as u can see it not looks too good for me. also my problem is that watch only anal or rough scenes. so even if one of these girls shoot something new but its not rough or no anal i even not wasting my time on it so it giving me even less options. the only girl that i was downloading all was Shyla. i sill downlading older stuff with Sandra Romain, she shot that many scenes that u can always find something new.

I sorta agree in terms of girls whose career you can follow for years.
Most new starlets either burn out quickly due to their life styles and the amount of scenes they do or they just disappear from the industry altogether.

There are exceptions of course (e.g. Tori Black, Bobbi Starr), but those don't tend to be amongst my favorites.

I think Pasko hit the nail on the head-there are too many pornstars now. When you think B|ZZ has around 500 on their website, N4UM3R has at least 50 different ones, and so on and so forth that makes around 1000 pros. Don't forget amateurs = that's like thousands and they're not always active.

I pretty much do what Alexora does - collect scenes from my faves - as a lot of new movies don't really do it for me. Yes, you'll get one or two scenes off a DVD worth watching, but usually a lot of DVDs are not watchable from start to end like they used to be. Karma's right in the fact there's so much gonzo now it is getting dull and washed out. Also they are not getting paid as much so they don't always give their A game.

Saying that though, there are a few exciting new pornstars like AJ Applegate - but a lot of the new skool is not as great as the old skool babes.

Song1: Lisa Ann has just done a new movie not so long ago, she's directing now too.

I agree, Pasko got it perfectly, but in addition to that, I feel exactly the same as you song1. From looking at your list, I think I have been at this for quite longer and yes, you will loose interest as a result of the below.

A. Your list of perfered types quit the industry

B. youve collected such an extensive collection, you no longer need new material

C. You get older and well ya, that stamina will disappear (as I said, im older)

B. is probably your only savior! When you have so much and you stop remembering scenes you have already seen, then its all new and fresh again and your interested. ahhh haha, its also a sign of age. See, getting old is good, you forget everything and therefore know not what is going on and your happy again! LOL

My list with the better ones, I have these in a directory with associated pictures to help my out with my age
