Why So Few Polish Girls?

Looking at the various nations of Europe, especially by population rankings, it surprises me that there are, relatively, so few popular (by industry standards) female performers from Poland. Surely they hover around the average percentage of attractive females, they are like any other country as far as I know. Am I missing something? I can't think of a single girl who had a decent following or career of note...

I know it is Poland I am inquiring about... perhaps they have problems filming porn as they are inserting things in odd places or whatever other Polish stereotype you want to toss in there.

Any thoughts or names to prove me wrong? Any other EU countries without at least a couple girls who came to mind easily?

Poland is very religious compared to their neighbors like Czech Republic and Hungary. And in Poland, people are religious, they don´t just carry it like here in Germany.

Polish agencies offer far less "hardcore" porn related things. Mainly it´s softcore modeling. It´s pretty much the same for Romania. Also lot more soft than hard.

Also, Poland's economy is far more developed than that of many of its Eastern European neighbours, meaning that the girls have better career opportunities so don't need to work in the sex industry as much as their Czech counterparts.

Since model jobs are paid better than porn jobs, that may not be the reason. Average salary is highest in Czech Republic too.

I'd echo what others have said on the thread. Polish people tend to be more religious and traditional in their views and outlook.

I used to be a member of a Polish club in England about 10 years ago. Lets just say if you walked in to the club it would feel like you've walked back to the 1950's.

There are some extremely attractive polish women around though. They are down to earth and very traditional, if you like that kinda thing.

Yes, Polish people may be the most honest and active people when it comes to religion. Some countries have a high % of christians. But most of the are Christians "on paper" and do not practice it. It´s totally different in Poland. Very traditional and church is a big part.

But still, the % of Polish models is about the same as in all other surrounding countries.
