Porn star Nikki Benz is going to court with claims she was sexually assaulted, violently attacked and basically subjected to waterboarding while filming an X-rated scene.

Benz, 36, accused producer Tony T. of choking her and stomping on her head while filming a scene in December 2016 and is now filing suit against him, her co-star Ramon Nomar and the company Brazzers over the alleged assault, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

In the documents, Benz claims Tony T. not only choked her and stomped on her head, but also hit her so hard in the face, head and breasts that she ended up bleeding.

The suit also describes Benz being subjected to near-waterboarding when her mouth was gagged with her own underwear and "water was poured down her throat causing her to choke," the documents obtained by TMZ read.

Benz also claims that Tony T. threatened to withhold her salary if she did not agree to film with him in the future. She said she had initially told him "no way," but changed her tune because of the threat.

Brazzers immediately cut ties with Tony T. back in December 2016 after Benz came forward with her accusations on Twitter.

"Enough is enough. Violence, abuse, and bullying of female performers must STOP. @Brazzers," she wrote at the time.

"I guess rape scenes are in now huh?" she also tweeted at the time.

Benz reportedly asked for production to be halted because she was uncomfortable with a specific scene when Tony T. became violent.

The company said in a statement that it "does not condone or tolerate conduct by producers that would jeopardize a performer's security or well-being."

"Brazzers considers performers' consent, boundaries and limits and safety to be fundamental and paramount issues and unequivocally stands for the respect of the performers," the statement read.

Who is this Tony T and Ramon.

I probably seen them in ZZ scenes but I don't know their faces and names.

Back during the golden age of porn, late 70's to mid/late 80's, I could recognize all the actresses and actors by their face and knew all their names.

Now you can't do that with ALL OF THEM.

Too many people in this business come and go.

Back then the # of women and men in porn was very limited and they did it because they liked it and were being rebellious since doing Porn was still very taboo and looked down on and not because of $ they could make.

This is the least surprising thing ever.
If you asked me to list mopes that are likely to have abused women in some of their scenes, I would definitely list Tony T.
One random thing I suddenly remember is an older scene he did with Lela Star and Brian Surewood in which he suddenly starts throatfucking her and then after a few moments, she turns to the camera and says "I said no throatfucking".
Now, this is not as bad as what Nikki Benz testified to in this case, but it also falls under not having any respect for your scene partner's boundaries. Frankly, this guy should have probably been kicked out of the industry a long time ago.

If this is all true (and I have no reason to believe it isn't) why isn't she pursuing criminal charges against these scumbags and not just monetary damages?

I don't know why, but it was so hot when she said that that I remembered it right when you mentioned it, maybe it was the way she said it, and the fact that this implied that she liked and agreed to everything else in the scene
