I see nothing wrong with the above scenes. Plenty of porn videos have big guys pounding petite girls, so why is the reverse suddenly a problem necessitating cries of "disgusting" and "creepy?"

I don't really find it degrading.

I just suspect (I could be wrong) in these types of scenes there would to be too much focus on the scrawny dude instead of mainly on the woman. Plenty of wide shots from afar (as above) to demonstrate the size discrepancy. As well as to drive home the novelty of what a willowy little manboy he is. Some people may go for that and swing both ways (fair play to them...but are they really into the reedy malnourished look too?). At least the petite women are usually reasonably endowed by nature if not necessarily lookers. And it has the effect of making the woman appear more masculine just due to the disproportionate size difference alone. Not my preference but it may appeal to some people. There's a common gigantism fetish out there and personally I can kinda see the appeal of some of the erotic Vore fetish. But this goes further and has an odd mish mash of different fetishes thrown in together. Look this is far from the weirdest stuff I've come across in porn but I think these types of scenes will remain a small niche of a niche in the remote corner of another sub-niche.
