Bad skin: Euros vs. Americans

So one thing I have noticed and this is not a new trend but a more long-term thing. On average European porn stars have much clearer/healthier skin than Americans. Almost all of the girls I know who have noticeably bad skin are Americans.
Why is this? Are the Euros healthier? Do they just look healthier because even the poorer Eastern European nations have good free healthcare? Is it about the different diets? I never made much sense of it.

Probably a combination of all of that. Americans are more fat and unhealthy on average than Europeans. And the healthcare thing is dead on. The UK and Australia also have a lot of overweight people. But in Europe with universal healthcare they can get nutritional information free of charge through a nutritionist. Whereas in the US that shit cost a lot of money with privatized healthcare. Though I have noticed watching a lot of old Rocco Siffredi videos that the girls bodies are fit, toned, etc. But a lot of them, specifically the slavic girls seem to have a bad case of Steve Buscemi mouth sometimes. With the way some Americans eat excessively would think they have access to universal healthcare. But they don't.

This is primarily about higher food standards in EU countries and better healthcare.
So even a girl from the wrong side of the tracks in say Hungary will probably eat better and visit the doctor more frequently than her U.S. counterpart.
Hence why many of the young U.S. starlets already have pockmarked skin whilst most Euros have clear skin.

That's something that also have intrigued me. What would you say is the typical meal in the US? What could be called traditional homemade food in the US? Nothing too elaborated, but an ordinary dish every average Jane or Joe would eat in an ordinary day-to-day basis.

I beg your pardon for my ignorance, but I hope to get different answers than mac and cheese or hamburgers...

Processed foods? I am not a nutritionist authority but from various subs on reddit, fast foods seem to be a major contributor. Even plain bread has additives not found in EU countries.
