I wanted to make a new thread about what is wrong with the way porn is shot. And I don't mean content, I mean the way it is made. Have you ever watched a scene and thought "Actually this is exactly my thing and the girl is a knockout but the scene is completely unwatchable!"...well, this is the place to tell the world why.

1. You are not producing art, you are producing porn
I just went scouting for a scene of a particular girl and found 3, all of them unwatchable. The director thought he was making an art movie. Parts were shot in black and white for no reason, parts were shot at odd angles, the introduction to the scene was way too long and stupid.
I see more and more of that kind of stuff. Hegre is a prime offender closely followed by TheLifeErotic. Is that really necessary? And I don't mean "go cheap and bad". You have a beautiful girl, a good setting...make it about the girl, not about showing of what a great "artist" you are.

2. Have some class
A lot of the older eastern european companies are really bad at that. It's like they have never understood that the world has changed. They put stunning girls into make up that looks like it was applied by people who heard about make-up but never got the point of it (red lips, red rouge, blue eye-shadow all too much and too bright). Instead of accentuating the natural beauty of a woman they make them look like clowns.
And then they seem to give directions along the lines of "Ok, now moan like a gut shot deer the moment any guy just looks at you. 3. You are not producing an anatomical study
