I liked her better before the fake boobs. She had an orchiectomy, but I don't see how that would hurt her looks. What other surgery did she get done?

I was referring to the boob job. Also, the fake lips and it looks like she had more surgery done on her face. I may be mistaken though.

I didn't know about the orchiectomy (had to look that one up). Won't that affect her ability to perform with other women (be a top)?

Probably, but most performers are using drugs to get hard anyway. Otoh, now she doesn't need to take any drugs to suppress male hormones.
