The best pure science fiction porn film ever made. In recent years, Damiano has concentrated more on sex and less on some of the experimental concepts that often worked in the seventies, but often flopped. This is probably his most sex filled picture, but he has introduced an interesting premise that keeps the film from the wall-to-wall category. Alpha Blue is a place in the 21st century, where women exist solely for the sexual gratification of men. They have a pecking order that runs from relaxers to hostesses, so there is competitiveness within the female ranks. Feminists take the tube here.

R. Bolla plays Algon, a man seeking love like it was in the old days. Herschel Savage is his buddy Griffin, who can't understand the attitude of his peculiar friend, since sex, sex, and more sex is the teaching that men have grown up with. Despite the short build-up of the premise, some interesting barbs are thrown at contemporary society from the future, a shot Damiano could not resist. Still, this is a sex film, and the combination of new faces mixed with some adult film veterans results in solid, constant, erotic action. Lysa plays the girl that Bolla wants to love. Annie is particularly kinky in an erotic spiked heel scene which features critic Scott Mallory at his best. The four-way with Herschel, Hillary, Lysa and Jody is also good, as is the non-stop orgy ending. Damiano's science fiction sex film is well worth a look.
