One has fled back to New Zealand , the other kiwi has been jailed. Nothing much has been mentioned on Stuff.co.nz or NZ herald lately , its all gone very quiet. Im sure the yanks will be submitting an extradition request soon.

I guess you can say that, as I can't see anyone requesting DMCA for those scenes.

And I can't see any other porn firm being interested buying the libary in the near future, so for now it's a free for all on the gdp libary

Yes, I agree.

However if someone was to attempt to market the GDP archive, they would be considered as guilty as the original producers since they too would be selling porn that lacks the overall consent (in terms of release).

Best we leave it to the fans to share the material for free amongst each other: for fun, not profit.

Funny thing that the law suit isn't about consent to do sex but about publication. GDP are fucked in legal but the models are playing stupid to claim that it can't go online.

Those girls should enjoy the money from the lawsuit and I would not be surprised if they look for more and become pornstar.

Sounds to me like the guy just told the models what they wanted to hear so they could make a quick buck. Like the videos would only make it to DVD in the far east or something. As if that matters, any young person should know that rips make their way online in weeks, and then NOBODY controls them.
Currently have over 100 of these videos. I like these videos of newbies and the fake noises they decide to do. Taught me something. Interesting to see the way inexperienced people respond, in a psychological kind of way.
