Interesting read from the Bret and Shawn Q&A.

Shawn Michaels vs Daniel Bryan at Wrestlemania. That would have been something else. Bret Hart vs Kurt Angle would have been jizz worthy too. That famous Bret ego suggesting he would have gave John Cena his best ever match I know OutOfMind would agree with Bret and his too much talking and not enough wrestling comment. Quote:

because i went to highschool with david bautista (aka BATISTA), i started following wrestling more closely the past few years - especially while he was very active. otherwise im only nominally a prowrestling fan. unlike me, my bro has been following wwf/wwe religiously since we were kids, and a couple weeks ago he treated me and my son to a non-televised event here in virginia, and we had an awesome time! i hope ya'll dont mind but i'd like to share some pics i took (let me know if they slow the page down too much and i'll remove em).

Take them down at once because the page has really slowed down.
Only joking, it is moving fine. I'm kinda jealous because you got to see my lovable loser Ted Dibiase. I'm going to a house show on the 18th so hopefully he will show up there. Thanks for sharing. |

(as u can hopefully see) the main event was cena, shamus, and rybak vs the shield. the match ended with the shield dq'd. it was a good time, not quite as intense as a raw event (ive been to a couple), but great fun for kids and adults alike. cant wait for wrestlemania!

ah fuck it is The Rock and not some watered down imitator, and I think I was in love with Austin back then . Listen to the crowd, that was when they were electrified. Aww well, no point dwelling. I'm still pumped for Wrestlemania.

I didn't see CM Punk, I assume resting up for the match he lost against The Rock at Elimination Chamber. Meanwhile, Rock's at some place to promote some movie, with the WWE title held hostage. Earlier, SaintsDecay mentioned The Rock's fame as an actor. It makes sense, because right when he returned to WWE, his star rose to epic proportions. He returned to WWE, created a Twitter account, had WWE promote his movies. As the partnership between him and WWE flourished, so did his mark on the Hollywood map. It's reached a point now that WWE partners with the guys who made GI Joe: Retaliation, and that's now the number 1 movie in the world, I guess. So while it makes sense that Rock is helping WWE, I think there's evidence that WWE's helping The Rock. Before Fast Five, the time when he returned to WWE, he was in such classics as Doom and Tooth Fairy... |

Main Event was shit, made my eyes want to bleed. People who watch Main Event are not the ones who need to be told about Wrestlemania, same goes for NXT. I cannot imagine 1 single person on earth who has seen Main Event and then decided to purchase Wrestlemania based from watching it.
Has Cesaro got a match yet? Kaitlyn? Can't believe the substandard pace they have scraped the undercard together at, proves to me they couldn't give a rats ass. If they could make the main events last 4 hours then I think they would. Btw I sadly own Doom.. it was quite funny because it was shit. Better than Tooth Fairy anyway. |

CM Punk has a message for the "smart marks." You can hear Mark Henry in the background! |
