Looking to identify girl and scene from my teenage years.

I am trying to find a movie that I seen a good few years ago,it is a foreign film(not sure which Country) probably made around the 1990's period at a guess,it is set in a lingerie store and is pretty much about two girls who work in the store competing for a promotional vacancie,buy sleeping with customers to makes sales,sleeping with the boss and so on,I think it was one of the girls first day in the job and she was pretty much going head to head with another member of staff
I am looking to locate this film or the names of any of the porn stars so that I can track it down,if it helps,one of the male stars had a bit of a mullet and looked a lot like Jean-Claude Van Damme

I do not know that particular movie but check out these 2, very similar ones.

i dunno abt a red room or magazine spread, but i had a VID of some blonde taking it from fellow firemen...on back of truck, maybe?
