Always a possibility. Some high-end escorts have a no sex on first "date" policy, just in case you're a two-headed, 500lb, goat-smelling type (or come off as an axe murderer). But, they usually say that up front. However, the "just for companionship" is a very thinly veiled attempt to not to admit to being a prostitute on a publicly viewable website. Considering there really aren't that many people out there willing and able to drop that sort of coin to fuck a porn star, most of their business comes from repeat customers, especially the agencies.
