As said, Oron deliberately bought Pornbb and instantly banned any rival filehosts that would compete for cash-motivated posters. That didn't bother me massively, as I never really felt part of a community there, and it was already largely a "link dumping" kind of place.

But in mid-2010 they had already done the exact same thing with Forumophilia, bought the forum and totally destroyed what was once a great community. That's why I hate Oron with an absolute passion.

Yeah. They suck donkey dicks and I can only hope they meet the same end that RapidShare has got to for their greed. I will no longer dwnld from either of them and make them money under any circumstances, even if they are the only hosts on the Net that have a file I really want. I may be just one man in a sea of file sharers but that is how you start to make a difference.

in some ways all do on free. although wupload is just plain slow , not oron slow though , there's no real horrid limit. Oron has a size limit, ul.to has a so many downloads per hour (ONE) which makes more sense to use ul.to for bigger files that take up that hour so by the next hour you can download again. There are other hosts people use here that I are bad I just plain don't mention them. Easy Share is one. Rapdishare is another. Although only thing good about RS and Depositfiles is JD can put the captcha in without me. clearly I don't approve on some rules if I'm complaining about oron staying and ul.to being banned. and why one mod isn't posting his manga right now. hasn't since ul.to was banned, I'm sure there are several mods who disagree. Someone takes a vote and ul.to gets banned I guess. But their speed is why I stay with them. Filesonice and ul.to have the best speed and speed is pretty much all I care about.

never had that on jdownloader. usually it's the wron captcha and oron's are difficult. Oron is painfully slow though. wupload... I'd prefer that over oron.

That's part of their strategy. Trying to make free user frustrating.
In the end if the user really need or want the file(s), they have to buy Premium Account...old story from (m)Oron.

With all due respect you cant expect a specific answer if you dont at least link to an example so the Mods or who ever can try them at the very least

You can link to specific posts by simply clicking on the number top right then cut and paste the link

A few basic details like Operating system,browsers tried,
location etc,how your downloading,what browser your using,what you've tried so far,when your attempting to download-some areas have horrible reception depending on when etc would also be worth providing.


My experience with Oron is 3 links all 650mb-700mb
All successful no issues...no waiting after the countdown
Windows XP,Firefox 3.6.21,Australia


Finding out wether your IP address is dynamic or static may shed light on your issues

used to do dynamic but it pissed every non geek off in the house to have the IP set to stay on just one IP. (or is that static) used to do that when I used utorrent. don't go to demonoid much what music is out there worth downloading? not in the USA thats for sure. better ones outside. (poets of the fall)
