I happened to have the second one, it's not exactly the file in the post you linked but it is a 8000x4000 9,16GB and ~30Mbps version of that scene, so it is probably exactly the same file. Sadly there's no way I can get the HQ 42GB version though since I'm not premium K2S user, but hopefully this serves also as a bump and someone can help you with that one. Sorry it's not enough, just thought I'd help in what I can.
