There was one of those poll things they do tonight with Justin Roberts. You know what the question was . Should CM Punk vs Ryback be a title match or not? yeah really. Pretty much says it all.

Nothing much to say about the show, none of the matches were anything special . I read some bs online report about the Cena/Ziggler reaction being split, these people must have something wrong with their hearing or maybe they're just Cena haters because it was not split. unless you call 80-20 a split, well I guess you could, but it was written like it was a 50-50 split. Lets go Cena was way louder than Cena sucks.

Cena vs Ziggler was pretty much the only decent match on the show. Ryback vs CM Punk sucked. Bryan and Kane vs Rhodes Scholars was OK. Typical Belfast house show.

Another bloody NWO documentary since we haven't had enough already. I haven't watched it, but I heard it was pretty crap, lazy and all that good stuff. Seems more like one of those 90's videos with the documentary only lasting one hour.

I uploaded it anyway in case somebody else hasn't had enough NWO.

I LOLed at finished #24 - The Golden Shower.

Some of those japanese finishers looked brutal. I wonder how many of the guys taking them finishers go to the hospital?

What I find funny is most effective finisher yet it shows you guys kicking out at 2.

Well, I have a friend who is chiropractor (and MMA amateur fighter), he was in charge of wrestlers during a big american Wrestling show in Bercy, France
(can't remember which).

All the guys he had to take care of were injured, more or less, before entering the show...
Most of them rely on dope to be able to do the job, to avoid pain.

Even if wrestling matchs are "faked" and happening on a "smooth" ground (the ring, sry for crap english), it is still dangerous.

I mean, when a pack of 302 lb of muscles is falling on your face from the 3rd rope...
It's not without risk, no matter what.
Either for you or him.

and that is why they say these men/women are highly trained , but the risks they take are real. Sometimes I don't appreciate that enough.

The name is funny, but the two guys doing that are awesome - Kenny Omega is more of a comedy wrestler, IMHO, but is still totally capable of putting on great matches. And Kota Ibushi is one of the best 2 or 3 wrestlers in the world to me.

And in general, Japanese wrestlers work a lot stiffer than their western equivalents - head-drops are commonplace there, and are pretty frowned upon here, and they have no problem just kicking the shit out of each other in the name of entertainment.

One of the sicker moves I've seen this year happened in an Ibushi/Low-Ki match from this summer (I'm hoping this starts at the right point, but if not, go to 19:41 mark and watch what Low-Ki does to Ibushi at the end of this segment ... ugh)
