I would ban any host that consistantly tries to put ransomware on our PCs. I posted this in the file hosts section:

Bigfile should be banned as a host. Each and every time I try and download a file them fucking pirates try and install ransomware on my PC of one kind or another. Today I was locked onto a screen that made itself fullscreen so I could not close the page. I had to turn my PC off manually and then turn it back on.

Karmafan ... Have you tried hitting the "esc" button on the upper left corner of your keyboard? The same thing happens to me. I've also just used "Force Quit". It sucks, but beats turning off and restarting.

When it went full screen NONE of my keys worked. Only thing I could do was shut off the PC and reboot. Tried ESC, tried hitting Tab and tab to another page nothing worked.

I mentioned before about excessively large files being posted in single links. Here's a prime example of what I'm talking about:

3.35 GB for a single link is ridiculous. Isn't it against the rules to post links that require premium to download? I think some posters have found a legal loophole, because, while technically the link is free (Depositfiles), it is virtually impossible to download as free user because the download keeps failing on a file that large, so you basically need a premium account just to get it.

Unfortunately, this is the only option for that particular scene. There are no 720p versions at all on the forum that I could find and the 544p links are all dead. (anything less than 544p isn't worth the bother). PMing the poster for an alternative was mentioned as a solution, and an Admin posted a link to this thread:

However, I am unable to access that thread and even if I could, I wouldn't feel comfortable making a request or PMing the poster directly since I am new here. Besides, if some of the posters in question were compelled to make their files more palatable to download, wouldn't they do so to start with?

I just wish the Admins would consider banning the posting of files this large in single links. Just something to think about at least.

Thanks. I've tried to download it twice and both times it's failed at 2.1 GB and 2.5 GB respectively.

Did you ever start using a Download Manager like I suggested? They will allow you to resume files if your connection is broken. Try Getright!
