Now, Bray Wyatt is gone... It doesn't feel real...

These wrestler deaths usually always seem to occur within days of each other. Bray was probably an overdose or suicide as I got the feeling a while back that he was mentally declining. If that was the case he could have been saved by WWE if they actually gave a shit but it's too late. I know it's a nitpicky weird thing but Triple H telling everyone about it just seems wrong in hindsight if I'm correct.

edit: Apparently there was some private illness mentioned I was unaware of. Shouldn't have jumped to conclusions so quickly. |

I haven't felt this bad since Daffney and before that, Brodie.

- Abe Jacobs - Rich Landrum (Announcer) IMO one of those fucked up vax doses took out Bray. I'm personally very skeptical covid causes heart attack. Conflicting reports too in early August of he's doing better. It's all very strange to say the least. |

So 81,000 white people and 35 of other race were in attendance. I joke of course, but I was thinking I know London is very multicultural, where the fuck are the blacks/asians etc.
I have to say I haven't read or heard mention yet the tasteless nature of having a fucking coffin match after what has transpired the last week. They didn't have to do it because it was already booked. Card subject to change and all that. I mostly somewhat enjoyed the show but I never really felt enthralled or captivated by much of anything that happened. It was like watching a Dyn/Col combined special in a stadium. The stampede match was my personal fave followed by the Ospreay match as Jericho gave me some much needed comic relief with that horrendous rendition of his own song. I feel like they gave the most in that stampede match and had the what's gonna happen element. MJF and Cole had that, until they didn't. |

The thing that's bothered me the most from All In is the women's match. Specifically with Saraya pinning Toni. If the whole point was for Saraya to win in the UK AND split them up, why have the title change to Shida in the first place? Toni carrying the belt in would have made the split more impactful and doesn't leave the bad taste on the 2nd Shida run.
And while I was surprised they did the ROH tag belt change, probably should have then ended the MJF-Cole match with the double pin. |

Bigger bag of crap is Punk, who clearly needs anger management, letting the second city down. Who cares what Perry said ffs. This company gets worse every month it feels like.

That MJF match was done to be extended because of the slight ratings boosts they've witnessed in Tony's data center. Long term story there? I highly doubt it. I did hear a mention that if they make everything in Chicago more important a week later then next year could see numbers dwindle in London. Realistically they won't dwindle though because they're desperate as fuck in Britain/Europe. The card can be whatever as they just wanna shout and sing shit, consume copious amounts of junk, talk a bunch of bollocks, feel important, take poorly shot videos and pics, filling the internet with more shite for the likes, and to get on the telly, sort of. All in the name of fun though of course. What match sold that show? They didn't even know the card and Dave's fav word tickets were flying. It was like a 81,000 collection of addicts. I'm sure green sweater guy was lurking in there somewhere. Looking back, I think I could have skipped the show, if I wasn't an addict. Nothing really must see important happened. I don't count weak ass title changes for the sake of reasons based on location or because of star power. |

The sell for All In was being at the first UK AEW show which happened to also be the first AEW stadium show. Gut feeling for next year is without some match to hook in people, it'll do less but even if that means 'only' 50k+ that's still a success.
A concern of mine is next year's show sets up the same problems of being one week before Labor Day/All Out. If I was in charge, All Out gets moved to a different month or stops/becomes the name of the Wembley show. It's been great for me personally with all the stuff Chicago gets, but I think sacrificing the future Chicago Labor Day PPVs for a Wembley 50k+ show in the same window to be the Mania/Toyko Dome style tentpole is a no-brainer. |
