I'll be 72 in October - HA! but I will admit I have no idea how close Pasadena is to LA (To downtown LA 11 miles, Hollywood to west Pasadena 16 miles, according to a Yahoo! answer). Thanks for the acknowledgement, anyway, and the continued series of entertaining BBTh fakes.

The first installment of Stephanie v. Penny: "country bumpkin"??? Very, very English, and old-fashioned at that, I'd say. Hayseed and rube are surely out of date in US now; can't say I've noticed equivalent terms of abuse in modern sitcoms. Any US members like to help out?

Now, that and the preceding are truer to Sheldon's character as presented in the show; I do not find sexy Sheldon very convincing, even in an X-rated version. Poor Amy!
