FYI - I rarely do 60fps unless the source already is OR it is one of my most favorite scenes. Why? Because the time it takes to increase it to 60fps is usually more time than it took to upscale and remaster. Plus, you can use something like SVP Smooth Video Project, to set any video at nearly any fps you want. You just have to have a decent graphics card.
