I'm not really a boobs person, but I generally prefer natural breasts over implants. However, if girls insist on getting implants, they should at least make sure they get saline implants (which I find tend to look more natural looking), and not the silicone variety which nearly always look bad. Plus they should go to a surgeon who inserts them via the armpit and not underneath the breast, which leaves those ugly scars.

And for god's sake don't get the ones that look like 2 slabs of stone sticking straight out from a otherwise flat chest. Nothing is more of a boner killer then really bad looking implants with nasty scars. If you spending the money for implants make them look real and get a good surgeon. Stay away from Dr. Patel doing the surgery in the back room of a nightclub with a 2 for 1 special.

Sure, I agree completely. Especially if a chick has nice big natural boobs like this chick, doesn't make sense to mess with them.

I checked out half of these pages. I was looking for Heidi Mayne. I might have missed her here. I heard she said hers were real but no way.
