If they were really, really good, you couldn't tell the difference from photographs. At the very least, you'd need to feel them.

I've seen very few that weren't recognizably fake that I was aware of -- one of the best was almost certainly PH pet Stacy Moran. After a half-dozen years you could see the secondary curves that showed up, but for the first while the only evidence of her having had a TJ was the before pix.

Look at her PH pet layout, or the stuff she shot for DDG, you could not tell for shit.
