Thanks for that link, I will try to ask for a way to install a new Win 7 from online. I have a Win on an External, but it is not on CD, so how can I use it if I am trying to overwrite the only working partition?

There is no magic application to fix everything, you need to find the cause before taking any action.
Can you access the Event Viewer (any major OS problem will be listed here)? or Use AutoRuns (from SysInternals) to check what applications or actions the OS is trying to execute during startup? The way you describe shutting down the computer manually, that may have aggravated the problem, spreading it from Windows system files corruption to HDD corruption. Quote:
Then, if you follow this: http://anonym.to/?http://sevenfo...General%20Tips or this: http://anonym.to/?http://arstechnica...flash-drive/2/ You still have a shot at solving your problem.

I keep telling all of you that there is no software at fault: Everything is healthy. Am I wrong in thinking it is Windows restarts that fuck up my computer , but how does that rewrite the OS to not boot into Windows 7 regularly? You said "new, cheap" so how would that one be any better at "proper shut downs" than my Acer Laptop? I thought Acer was a high quality brand?

I wrote down the steps, so I will follow when I get everything transferred. I am almost ready to "recover." I know the drive is healthy, which is how I know nothing is wrong. If something was wrong, the drive should be corrupt. No more trying to discuss errors. I think you just gave me what I could do to "recover" without having to spend all kinds of moneys that I do not have for some tech to do, but I could do myself. This is exactly what I needed to know for this thread. Thank you.

I cannot get into the partition as it said. Here are my drives from Disk mangement:
How else can I get into the recovery partition? On boot, I saw there is a DOS prompt. Can someone tell me how DOS should look, so that I can edit the correct lines. Thank you for helping me learn more about Windows stuff. All I got "holding the Alt key, and pressing F10 was a loud, long beep. Wal-Mart probably designed their laptops with a different "F-"key. I did boot into regular mode for several minutes. Some short progress.
