I’d like to think the 2 sodas were to makeup for me having to have a wheel bearing in my truck replaced. Of course the monetary value is no where near equal but I’ll take the small win.

I was gifted an Amazon Gift Card of $50 from my cousin who came to visit, us, in Sicily, from Australia, yesterday.
Bought a couple of White Musk indoor fragrances and a couple of LED bulbs that do 6500k of white light without consuming a fortune.
I personally never really liked LED lighting in the house at all. I always preferred Halogen lighting, specially during the night. But if it does cut out on the electricity bills costs, so be it.

Yeah, that's the only culprit, unfortunately

They still haven't made GCs certificates global.
They should work into making all Amazon websites connected together into a unique network, much like eBay is since years, now.

Agreed and I know there are currency differences between countries that fluctuate (I trade currency's and options) but the knife I wanted was also available in Canada at 6 times the cost of the same product 350kms away south of the border!!!

Anyway such is life right. I was gifted a bottle of antibiotics and a tube of ointment for my eye by a wonderful doctor this morning ... sometimes it's the little things that mean the most.

Btw my accountant took my credit card away for a week. He had to climb over all the goodies I bought yesterday to get at it lol.
