FileSLOWker is really crapping the bed today.
502kbs... (yeah right, more like 50kbs)... on a 300 MB file... 1.5 hours ?!? Before that, once again, download interrupted. |

I'm getting quite frustated by this, not only is this hoster bad for free users (slow, 4-5 hours wait time, not resumable which is even more annoying on huge files) but it's also getting really popular which I honestly don't understand. Luckily there is the "Up/download Host Requests" thread but I'd prefer not to bug other users for this although it's mostly @Vimla (thanks btw) doing this.

@kogi, you are right, but you can ask our support team to reset this limit, if required.
@cuttyblack, @MFox30, all file hosts have speed restrictions for free users, but we have other advantages, for example, no ads even for free users! |

@AZ689, maybe some of your software cut off referrer or you have some issues with speed/connection. We would recommend you to check both possible issues.

^ It seems you're a FJ representative right?
Wouldn't it be easier to simpy forward this thread to FJ support instead of people having to do it all individually ? |

@az90, no, it's not easier, because if you or previous user have some issues, we need clarify technical details about your system, used software, make some tests with you ti find a reason etc. This thread is not a place for that and here's not enough details about that issue. That's why if you have any issues you need contact our support team, then we will try to help you.
