Now that I've reached the point where I've convinced myself, as silly as this will sound, that porn is strictly fantasy I'm really doing well. Sure, if I let it it can still ruin me but while taking a couple weeks off of porn I spent one Saturday playing video games (and thus skipping 2 meals) and another day reading all day. I got nothing done and was behind on homework. So I went back to the drawing board and moderated everything, not just porn, not just gaming and so on. The only thing that occasionally gives me trouble is doing any activity obsessively when I get stressed. Porn, gaming, or even over-exercising. But that's just me, I'm odd I suppose.

Last time for me was around this time, at April 30. This isn't a result of me taking part in a self-induced hiatus, just a streak of time not being on my side. I don't see me doing one tonight, so I'm going on 3 days. Another thing about not watching porn for a while. When masturbating after such a layoff, it's uncontrollable and I will always shoot before the end of a scene, which I always aim at.

Four days in!

Actually surprised at how easy it is. Thought I'd "miss it"... but I guess I had just gotten so used to alleviating every hard-on that I'd forgotten that they just go away on their own after a few minutes if you don't.

So so far so good, no clear signs of "addiction". No withdrawals or anything. Now to just stick with it for a while to see if I notice anything else.

I mean it takes hours that I can really use , for some religious and family reasons etc
Until 2 years ago there was time when I delete every scene I've ,the whole history etc for few weeks ,and then be back and download again ,now I am more realistic and I'ven't deleted a scene for over 2 years
I think I will try to quite porn again sometime soon ,hopefully it will be successful to at least decrease my obsession
