To be honest I don't think either of these women would harass me. I think they are very dedicated and both of them would be committed to do a wonderful job. However, if either of them were to harass me too much I'd have to take some sort of action which would probably be tailored to each candidate.

I have to say, in light of all the comments I am leaning towards candidate #2 because she tends to lend more of the presence I want to give off at the office when a new client walks in the door.

Please imagine you're going to visit a large corporate office and you will be new client. Both you and the company will potentially make a lot of money working together. You walk into my office and you're greeted by my executive secretary dressed in similar business attire as the photo. She smiles at you when you enter the outer office. Does she make you feel like you're in the right place?

As I narrow down the decision I should share a photo of Cristy wearing a more casual outfit when I took her to lunch after our second interview. I also took the first candidate to lunch, but she dressed pretty much the same for her interview as when she went out to lunch. I will say that Sally isn't as stylish a dresser as Cristy.
