I'm using Firefox add-on Easy YouTube Video Downloader, this add-on builds Download menu between Share and flag menu and works perfectly with iGetter download manager.

Mozilla Firefox's add-on "FlashGot" does the job for me. You can also download from other websites with it. Very useful add-on.
