Sorry I may be a bit ignorant but what dows PATM mean?

Is anyone else getting an endless loop loading and re-loading when they click on KS links? It only seems to be happening with Chrome.

Not with KS, but with FB. I'm not using Chrome, but MyPal. It was just fine a few hours ago. What it does is load the page, but the section that shows the preview window and dl link keeps disappearing and reappearing in a loop.
